TPS Acquires Kent Manufacturing
In an effort to diversify our market share, TPS has acquired Kent Manufacturing. This company is less than 1 year old, but TPS believes that the growing trend in "Digital Product Photography" will substantially grow within the next decade.
In addition to their Kent's line of Camera Stands, Kent Mfg is a distributor of laboratory supplies and a dealer for Bogan/Manfrotto Photographic Equipment.
Although this product line has no connection to the data sales and data services that is currently offered, TPS believes that this acquisition will greatly widen thier customer base.
